Book It.
From the comfort of your lounge room, you can browse our collection of designer dresses for rent to find the perfect piece for your next event or special occasion. Simply, choose the garment you are wanting to hire, enter you required delivery date from our integrated bookings calendar and confirm your order.
Our user-friendly shopping experience will guide you through the process of payment to complete your booking, and once confirmed, our team will begin the process of dispatching the garment to you in time for your big event.
Wear It.
The garment you have chosen will be express posted to you on or before your required delivery date. Please note that for security purposes all deliveries will require a signature at the delivery address to ensure that every order we process is safe. You also have the option to pick up the garment from our showrooms should you desire.
Dry Cleaning/ specialist cleaning is included in the hire price and will be done by us once the garment is returned. (Extra fees apply for heavily stained/damaged garments). Be sure to tag us in your photos by using #designernight or tagging us @designer_night.
Return It.
After your event, returning your rental garments to us could not be easier. All you need to do is seal the garments in the pre-paid return Australia Post satchel that we include in your delivery, and drop back to your local post office before 4pm or Australia Post yellow express post box before 6pm. Where possible, we advise our clients to send the parcel in over the counter and getting a lodgement receipt as proof of return. Please ensure you post back on the hire end date as per your confirmation email to avoid late fees.
If you picked up from our showroom please return to our showroom the next business day. No appointment is necessary for returns.
